Karim Ghoneim (born October 2, 1986), known professionally as Cliff Neptune, is an American singer, songwriter, dancer and actor. He was born in Neptune City, New Jersey, U.S., but raised in Italy. As a child, he recognized his great interest in everything that surrounded music. Eventually, Cliff began to take his first steps along with the Michael Jackson’s "Billie Jean" and "Thriller." It soon became an obsession. At the age of nine, he had the “Moonwalk” down to perfection and was soon to be introduced to the world of Hip Hop & R&B. As a result of his passion, everything surrounding Cliff Neptune increases his love and desire for music and dance. Inspired by artists such as Michael Jackson, Craig David, Jay Sean, Joe Thomas, Marques Houston, and others. Coming from a mixed ethnic background; Egypt, Morocco, and France, Cliff had gained inspiration from different cultures. He speaks English, Arabic, French, Italian and Spanish, which enhance his way of writing songs.

In 2009 he released his first single "I Need 2 Cry Tonight".
In 2014 he was featured with Master Freeze in "The Light" Produced by Dj Naps.
In January 2016 he moved back to the U.S. to continue pursuing a career in the music industry. While working as a sales associate in luxury retail in Miami he was investing his free time in writing and recording in different studios to find the sound that suits him best. During this time, he established friendships with different people from the music scene bringing his music to a professional level.
In 2017 in collaboration with Skio Music he remixed Jay Sean's "Make My Love Go" Feat. Sean Paul giving the song an Arabic flavor.
In 2018 acclaimed audio engineer Vincent "Vinny D" DeLeon (who's worked with artists such as FrenchMontana, TheWeeknd, LilYachty, JBalvin, BadBunnypr & more) brings Cliff and Vinny Venditto (Multi-Grammy Award winning & 9x Platinum Music Producer) together. This partnership will lead to a fusion of futuristic tropical and dark r&b inspired sounds.
