Embassy Office Parks, the country's first Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) launched by Blackstone and Embassy Group has just made its debut on the exchanges and with a premium. Raj Balakrishnan, head-investment banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch (BofAML) who were one of the bankers to the issue spoke at length about the listing.
