N. Korea and China open new bridge connecting Manpo and Jian

North Korea and China have opened a new bridge across their border connecting the North Korean city of Manpo and the Chinese city of Jian.
The new bridge comes as neighbors and traditional allies are celebrating 70 years of diplomatic ties this year.
On Monday morning,... four North Korean buses took 120 Chinese tourists into Manpo,... who took a look around... before returning in the late afternoon.
Pyeongyang and Beijing finished building the bridge in 2016 but couldn't open it because of international sanctions.
Sources say China's regional governments are trying to work more with North Korea... because the central government can't because it has to maintain relations with the U.S.
