Lost Tapes - Rare, first-ever audio of chupacabra howl

This footage is from a recovered handheld video camera that park police found after they were called in to investigate a strange death. We are unable to make out the creature's body but the howl can be heard on the camera's audio. The women in the tape have not yet been identified.
