"Tim Larkins and Derrik inspected the house I am selling and a few days later Tim inspected the house which I am in the process of purchasing. Even though I am serious about maintaining my own house I was surprised at the number of items I had missed. After reasonable repairs, both the purchaser and I are now confident that the house is ready for a new owner. While inspecting the house I am purchasing Tim was thorough and pleasant throughout the process. I am very pleased."
