This is a folk dance called "Mokho" dance. It is performed during Chingdang festival by the Sajalong tribe of West Kameng district of Arunachal Pradesh.
This dance is performed with drum beats, the sound of a flat plate like instrument and bells. Entirely indigenous instruments are used. The dance steps are performed to the beats of the music. Normally no song is played in the background.
It is indeed a lovely dance to watch. If you are really interested, then look on over to Arunachal for the Chindang Festival on the 15th of October every year in the West Kameng district.
