Severe flooding continues in Ontario, eastern Canada, as a state of emergency has been declared in one town following rising water levels overnight last Sunday (April 28).
Footage filmed on April 28 in the town of Bracebride shows the torrential flooding through a river, submerging a number of houses, as well as efforts to drain the flooding with pumps and machinery.
Bracebride has since declared a state of emergency and Canadian armed forces were called in to help protect people's homes from the raging flood waters caused by rain and melting snow.
