Marty Wilde was born in South London and is one of the first generation British pop starts who were emulating American rock and roll. Marty was also a natural star and entertainer and was a talented singer-songwriter.
"Bad Boy" was released in 1959 and reached number 7 in the UK Singles chart. In 1960 it peaked at number 45 in the US Billboard Chart.
