Philippines' Foreign Secretary Locsin praises China's global role

Foreign Secretary Teodoro Locsin Jr. began his first official visit to China as the foreign affairs secretary of Philippines by praising China's global leadership. During a joint press conference with Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi on Wednesday, Locsin said without China there would be no hope for "the developing world to grow into emerging economies."
