K-Pop soloist Roy Kim chats with Hello Asia editor Johnny Au in Seoul. Roy Kim explained the concept of ‘Home’ being that over time people have grown a lot more reluctant to admit that they are tired or stressed. He suggests that while the human heart might always not be capable of supporting others in times of need, music might still have a chance. “I just wanted music to be home for people,” he says, hoping that people who may be going through a difficult time can come to terms with their emotions through the song. “If you want to cry, you could just cry. If you want to swear, you can swear. I just wanted to create that kind of space for the people who listen to my music.”

Filmed at CJ E&M in Seoul, South Korea October 2014.
