Huawei asks US court to declare defence bill unconstitutional

Huawei Technologies said on May 29, 2019, that it had filed a motion for summary judgement asking a US court to overturn part of the National Defense Authorization Act. The US measure bans US federal agencies and contractors from using Huawei equipment.
