Seoul's foreign ministry has decided to fire a mid-level diplomat at the Korean embassy in Washington for leaking the content of a recent phone conversation between Presidents Moon Jae-in and Donald Trump. The decision was made at a disciplinary hearing earlier today. The official responsible for the leak says it was unintentional. Another official from the embassy who failed to keep the information secret, got a three-month pay cut, while another will face an independent disciplinary hearing this week.
