Ingredients:
250 gms Boneless Chicken
1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
1 Egg White
1 tsp White Viegar
2 tbsp Cornflour
For Batter
1/3 cup All Purpose Flour (maida)
1/3 cup Cornflour
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tbsp Oil
Water
For Sauce
2 tbsp Cornflour
1/4 cup Water
1 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Garlic (chopped)
1 tsp Ginger (chopped)
2 Green Chillies (slit)
1 Spring Onion (white)
1 Capsicum (sliced)
3 tbsp Schezwan Sauce
2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
Salt
Black Pepper Powder
Vinegar
Spring Onions (green)
Method: Let's start with Boneless Chicken in the bowl then add Black Pepper Powder, Salt, Garlic Powder, Egg White, White Viegar, Cornflour. Mix it porperly into the chicken. Now let's prepare the batter for the chicken for which add All Purpose Flour (maida) in the bowl with Cornflour, Salt, Black Pepper Powder, Garlic Powder whisk it gently (as shown in the video). Now add Oil & Water whisk it again. Next add the Chicken to the batter and coat them completely in the batter. Now heat up the Oil then add the chicken pieces to fry them and take them out in the serving plate. Now let's make the sauce for Chicken Crispy for which add Cornflour to then add Water and make the paste and slurry. Now heat up the Oil in the wok to which add Garlic (chopped), Ginger (chopped), Green Chillies (slit), Spring Onion (white),Capsicum (sliced) toss it with each other properly then add Schezwan Sauce, Tomato Ketchup, Soy Sauce mix it together properly. Now add Salt, Black Pepper Powder, Cornflour Slurry now cook it on high flame. Next turn off the flame and add Vinegar stir it into the sauce. Now add the Fried Chicken with the Sauce and mix it together properly (as shown in the video). Now add Spring Onions (green) on top it and your Chicken Crispy is ready to serve.
