A new study has revealed that less sleep results in more than grumpy children it can result in children that age faster at a cellular level. Sarah James and Daniel Notterman at Princeton University and their team studied the sleep habits of 1567 9-year-old children from cities across the US. They found that children receiving less Short telomeres can mean that these children are at risk of cancer, heart disease and cognitive decline... Next time they refuse naptime, hold this one over their heads!
