Priyanka Gandhi: Game changer for Congress in UP?

#PriyankaGandhiVadra, who has been playing a key role in party's backroom politics has finally joined Congress as the General Secretary of eastern Uttar Pradesh.
Eastern UP being the CM's turf she's expected to take the #NarendraModi and #YogiAdityanath duo. She'll also have to compete with the newly formed BSP-SP alliance.
But in a state where Congress managed to win only two seats in 2014, will Priyanka's formal entry turn Congress' fortune?
