Rep. Kevin McCarthy defends President Trump over tweets

This morning Congressman and House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy is defending controversial tweets by President Donald Trump. Mccarthy was directly asked if he believed the president's tweets about four Democratic congresswomen were racist.
