Karnataka Crisis: Supreme Court says Speaker free to decide on resignations. Supreme Court has given its verdict on Karnataka case . Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi has said that the Speaker has an open exemption that he decides on the basis of the rules. Whether it is on resignation or ineligibility. In this case, the floor test will be done on Thursday. The Supreme Court has also said that there is no pressure on the rebel legislators going to the assembly.
कर्नाटक मामले में सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने अपना फैसला सुना दिया है. चीफ जस्टिस रंजन गोगोई ने कहा है कि स्पीकर को खुली छूट है कि वह नियमों के हिसाब से फैसला करें. फिर चाहे वो इस्तीफे पर हो या फिर अयोग्यता पर हो. इस लिहाज से गुरुवार को होने वाला फ्लोर टेस्ट होकर रहेगा. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने ये भी कहा है कि बागी विधायकों पर विधानसभा में जाने को लेकर कोई दबाव नहीं है.
