Loksabha Elections 2019 Results: Bollywood celebrities who won and lost in the elections

Lok Sabha Elections 2019 was full of entertainment. Not only the politicians' comments but also the entrance of Film celebrities spiced up the whole election scenario. Many celebrities contested in the elections with different parties' symbol. Some of them won unexpectedly and some wins surprised many. Veteran actor and politician Shatrughan Sinha (Congress) lost to BJP's Ravi Shankar Prasad from the Patna Sahib seat of Bihar, while his wife Poonam Sinha from SP lost by Rajnath Singh in the Lucknow constituency. Sunny Deol (BJP) won from Gurdaspur (Punjab). Bhojpuri Superstars Manoj Tiwari and Ravi Kishan won from Northeast Delhi and Gorakhpur respectively, while Dinesh Lal 'Nirhua' lost to SP Chief Akhilesh Yadav from the Azamgarh constituency. Hema Malini and Smriti Irani of BJP won the Mathura and Amethi seats respectively. The well-hyped entrance of Actress Urmila Matondkar didn't help much as she lost from Mumbai North. Babul Supriyo (BJP) won from Asansol (West Bengal).
