Dashcam Captures Car Forced into Ditch

Occurred on August 10, 2019 / Springlake, North Carolina, USA
Info from Licensor: "While traveling to take my cousin home a Ford Explorer rounded the corner in my lane traveling over the yellow line. I attempted to give as much room as possible but lost control when forced to drop my passenger wheels off of the road. The car came to a rest in the ditch and I immediately reversed as to give chase to the vehicle at fault. 911 was called and the fleeing vehicle refused to stop, ultimately they got away but everything is on dashcam."
