Supreme Court will be hearing a batch of 14 petitions challenging the Centre's decision to abrogate Article 370 and revoke the special status of Jammu and Kashmir. The apex court will also hear the petitions against the ongoing lockdown, including communication blockade in the state.

केंद्र सरकार ने 5 अगस्त को जम्मू-कश्मीर से अनुच्छेद 370 हटाने का फैसला लिया. तभी से इस फैसले की चर्चा है, कई लोग केंद्र के इस फैसले की आलोचना भी कर रहे हैं. अब इसी के खिलाफ आज सुप्रीम कोर्ट में सुनवाई होनी है, अभी कई ग्रुप, व्यक्तियों ने अदालत में याचिका डाली है, जिनकी सुनवाई आज ही एक साथ होगी.
