Cheesy Fries with Mexican Salsa Sauce is a perfect party starter that can be enjoyed with your friends and family. Easy to make and understand with our chef, this special french fries recipe is definitely a must-try

Ingredients to make fries:
(Serves 2)
- 1 tbsp Corn Flour
- 2 tbsp All-Purpose Flour
- Salt
- Water
- Oil for frying

Ingredients for topping:
- 1 1/2 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic & Chilli Paste
- 1 Onion(chopped)
- Salt
- 1/2 tsp Red chilli Paste
- 1/2 tsp Mixed Herbs
- 1 cup Tomato Puree
- Salt
- Cheese(grated)

Method:
1. To make a thin lump-free batter, take corn flour, all-purpose flour, salt and water in a medium-sized bowl
2. Drain the potatoes out which was kept to soak in water, and add it to the batter
3. Toss your potatoes in the batter
4. Now, in a pan, heat oil on a medium flame, and drop the potatoes into the oil one by one
5. Let it fry for around 5 minutes and then take them out
6. Now for topping, heat oil in a separate pan and add ginger garlic & chilli paste
7. After two minutes add chopped onion, salt, red chilli paste, mixed herbs and saute it for about 10 seconds
8. Now add tomato puree(puree of 3 tomatoes) into the mixture, and saute it till the gravy turns thick
9. Now add salt to season and mix it again
10. Turn off the flame and keep the gravy(salsa sauce) aside
11. Now, in the oil pan, fry the fries again for around 2 minutes and remove it in a plate.
12. Add one pinch of salt from the top and toss the fries
13. Now, add these fries in a plate/glass. Top it with some grated cheese and tomato gravy(salsa sauce) which was kept aside
