MANILA - Philippine National Police spokesperson Reuben Sindac said a new threat group that calls itself the Khilafah Islamic Movement is one of the suspects in the spate of bombings in Mindanao. He said it is a rogue group, whose members came from the Bangsamoro Islamic Freedom Fighters and the Moro Islamic Liberation Front. Defense Secretary Voltaire Gazmin earlier said the new threat group doesn't want the peace process to work in Mindanao. ANC NEWS NOW, August 12, 2013
