Roxas: Napoles has to stay alive

MANILA - Businesswoman Janet Lim Napoles, who is at the center of the multibillion-peso pork barrel scandal involving lawmakers, must stay alive for the government to pursue its case, Interior Secretary Mar Roxas said Friday.
