Relief ops reach 60 typhoon

Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Secretary Dinky Soliman said relief operations have reached 60 out of the 138 barangays in Tacloban City, Leyte. She said impassable road networks in Tacloban City delayed relief operations. Soliman said the government has already added two more operation hubs in Guiuan, Samar and Ormoc, Leyte. She added more aid is coming in from the international community and the private sector which can help hasten restoring normalcy in Tacloban City. ANC Dateline Philippines, November 14, 2013
