Atty. Fortun's wife survives slay try

MANILA – The wife of lawyer Raymond Fortun survived an attempt on her life on Thursday evening. Atty. Fortun's wife, Lumen Caroline, was shot in her right cheek at around 8 p.m., after she alighted from her vehicle in front of their house in BF Almanza, Las Piñas City. Fortun is very thankful that the bullet, which entered his wife's neck and exited on the right cheek, missed major arteries and bones by a few millimeters.
