MANILA - A Palace spokesman on Monday gave a reminder to Vice-President Jejomar Binay amid talk that he is now devoting more time to his campaign for the presidency in 2016. Presidential Communications Secretary Sonny Coloma remained mum on news that Binay is forming a new political party ahead of his presidential bid. Instead, Coloma said Binay should continue his work as a member of President Aquino's Cabinet. He said politics should not affect Coloma's work as head of the Housing and Urban Development Coordinating Council. Report by Junry Hidalgo, Radio DZMM
