Rodrigo "Digoy" Mahilom tells why he quit studying to become a deep sea diver or "bosero" at a young age and relays how men in their coastal village live by this hazardous practice. He shares how he looks for other ways to earn when they cannot sail due to the bad weather. Jeck Batallones follows Mahilom and a group of boseros as they risk their lives diving into deep waters with a fish hunting gear, a flashlight, and a tube attached to a compressor. The program then tackles the dangers that boseros face every time they sail to the open sea, and their hope to rise up from their poor situation.
