Floodwaters sweep through city after days of monsoon rain

Streets and buildings in the city of Patna, in India's Bihar state, were inundated on Sept. 30 after heavy monsoon rain soaked the area, triggering widespread flooding. At least 100 people were killed as a result of the floods across India.
