It is very easy and quick to prepare Coconut Laddus at home. You can prepare Laddus during the festivals. In these occasions, many sweets are adulterated and it is better to prepare sweets at home.

Coconut Laddus can be made by using either Mawa or condensed milk. But Laddus prepared from Mawa are tastier, rather than prepared with condensed milk.

Ingredients:
Milk - 2 glasses
Sugar -2 cups
Cardamom powder - 1 tsp
2 Cups desiccated coconut

Method:

1. To make Coconut Laddu, let's turn on the gas.
2. Take a pan and add 2 tsp ghee(clarified butter).
3. Now the ghee is hot, add 2 cups of desiccated coconut.
Let's saute it well.
4. No need to saute until it changes the color. Just saute for 2
minutes and add milk.
5. Coconut powder sauteed well, let's add 2 glasses of milk.
Mix it well together.
6. Mix well making sure the coconut gets wet completely.
like this, so that laddu will come nice.
7. Now, add 2 cups Sugar. Mix it well.
8. Instead of sugar, you can add jaggery. Otherwise, laddu will
come in brown color.
9. After adding sugar, keep stirring it else it will burn.
10. No need to prepare coconut powder at home, it is available in
the markets.
11. Remove it in a bowl. Let it cool down up to 10 minutes then
make laddu.
12. I am using milk and sugar if you want you can also add
condensed milk to make laddu.
13. I have taken the coconut mixture in the plate for cool down.
Let's make laddu.
14. I have taken desiccated coconut powder on a plate.
15. If you roll the laddu on it, it looks attractive. roll it with
desiccated coconut.

Coconut Laddus are ready.
