A new motor vehicle act has been implemented in the country from September 1. after fear is clearly seen in the people. The effect of the new law on the roads is also visible. But it seems that now the fear of big fines has started harassing even the e rickshaw drivers. They too have started using helmets while driving e rickshaws. A similar view was seen on the streets of Meerut.

देश में एक सितंबर से नया मोटर व्हीकल लागू क्या हुआ लोगों में चालान का खौफ साफ देखा जा रहा है. नए एक्ट में भारी भरकम जुर्माने ने ट्रैफिक नियमों की खुलेआम धज्जियां उड़ाने वाले लोगों की नींद उड़ा रखी है. नए कानून का सड़कों पर असर भी दिख रहा है. लेकिन ऐसा लगता है कि बड़े जुर्माने का डर अब ई रिक्शा चालकों को भी सताने लगा है. मेरठ में एक ऐसा ही नजारा देखने को मिला. जहां एक ई रिक्शा चालक हेलमेट पहनकर रिक्शा चलाता दिखाई दिया.
