Madrid, Oct 24 (EFE).- As Spain woke up to the exhumation of Francisco Franco's remains from a gargantuan mausoleum on the outskirts of the capital 44 years after the dictator died, there is still much to be done in a country where a truth-seeking and accountability process was put on the backburner in favor of an agreement on both warring sides to silence the atrocities that scarred the country, an expert on Historical Memory told Efe Thursday.
