How to Change the Keyboard Character Repeat Delay and Rate in Windows 10?

Step 1: Open 'Control Panel' App.

Step 2: Go to 'View by,' and then select 'Large Icons.'

Step 3: Click on the 'Keyboard.'

Step 4: Use the slider to select 'Repeat Delay,' and 'Repeat Rate.'

Note: If you want to change the 'Cursor blink rate,' you can do that also by using the slider next to it.

Step 5: After you done, click on 'Apply' button, and then 'ok' button.

It's done.
