Kochi home guard caught on camera inappropriately touching women and girls

In a disturbing incident, a Kochi home guard was caught on camera inappropriately touching women and even schoolgirls on a busy street. A video depicting his act went viral on social media. The home guard’s indecent act in broad daylight was so much on the sly that even his ‘victims’ did not expect that a man in uniform would try to outrage their modesty. Later identified as Sivakumar age 58, the police have registered a case invoking Section 354 of IPC, sections 7 and 8 of the Pocso Act have been charged at Sivakumar as well.
