Isn't it strange - A poem

Take time for the smallest things in life, they'll help you grow bigger than you'd ever imagine!

The poem:

Isn’t it strange
How we against our nature
Praise a piece of paper
Turning our heads
Towards a day
Full of grey
Suffocating
On our words
Nothing more than a whisper
Supressed by a voice
Mightier than us little figure

Isn’t it strange
How even a mountain
Of coloured paper
Growing higher and higher
Is incapable
To lit the smallest
Bonfire?

A mountain which we climb
To be admired
By faces without expression
While faces which taught
Us expressing ourselves
Rest in the hours
Of our absence
Asking
When will you be ours?
