Hong Kong's Secretary of Justice Teresa Cheng was injured after being attacked by pro-independence activists in London on Thursday (November 14).
The video shows Cheng being surrounded and followed by a crowd who can be heard shouting "murderer" to her as she was walking to a lecture at London's Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
According to reports, Cheng fell and suffered an arm injury. She is being treated in hospital.
