The court has made it clear that this power test will be done under the supervision of a protege speaker and only then a decision can be taken on the government. Presently, the Protem Speaker is yet to be appointed in the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly. But the question in everyone's mind is, who is the Protem Speaker and how is it appointed?

कोर्ट ने साफ कर दिया है कि एक प्रोटेम स्‍पीकर की देखरेख में ये शक्ति परीक्षण होगा और इसके बाद ही सरकार पर कोई फैसला हो सकेगा। फिलहाल महाराष्‍ट्र विधानसभा में प्रोटेम स्‍पीकर की नियुक्ति होनी बाकी है। मगर सबके मन में सवाल ये है कि आखिर प्रोटेम स्पीकर कौन होता है और इसकी नियुक्ति कैसे होती है ?
