हरियाणा में धर्मनगरी कुरुक्षेत्र के परशुराम कॉलेज में नकल की पर्ची न मिल पाने पर गुस्साए डिप्टी सुपरिंटेंडेंट ने एक छात्र को बेरहमी से पीटा। डिप्टी सुपरिंटेंडेंट ने उसके कपड़े उतरवा दिए और परीक्षा भी नहीं देने दी। सरेआम बेइज्जत और बेरहमी की पिटाई सहने के बाद पीड़ित छात्र सीसीटीवी फुटेज के साथ थाने में शिकायत करने चला गया।
