Rough waves smash against Cornwall's coast as Storm Atiyah strikes

Winds up to 96mph from Storm Atiyah generated huge waves over 30-feet-high, which were still battering the Cornish coast this morning (December 9).

Seagulls surfed the swirling winds below the towering cliffs at Pendeen, on the far west coast of Cornwall.
