PM Modi held a rally at Delhi's Ramlila Maidan kickstarting the BJP's election campaign. He trained his guns on the opposition for spreading rumours about the Citizenship Act. He tore into the opposition for being unhappy that he secured a second term as PM with an even greater majority. Lastly, he slammed protesters instigated by his rivals for damaging public property.
