Chicken Masala Curry
500 grms Chicken
2 medium size Onion
2 Medium size Tomato
half spoon jeera
1 green Chilli
half bowl curd
Few Curry leaves
2 spn Ginger Garlic Paste
Oil for cooking
Dry Masala-1 tbl spn-Red Chillie powder, Cummin Powder, Coriander powder,Garam Masala.
Turmeric powder & salt as per taste.
Method
In 500 grm of chicken add half bowl curd.
1 spoon ginger garlic paste
little turmeric powder mix well and keep aside for 30 mins
In a pan add 2 tbls of oil, add half spoon jeera,1 green chopped chilli,1 spoon ginger garlic paste, curry leaves . let it cook till raw smell is gone, then add 2 roughly chopped onion in hand blender fry well.
Add 2 Chopped tomato (same way done in hand blender)
Mix well cover for 5 mins and let it cook for 5 mins.
then add marinated chicken, mix well in masala.
let it cook for 5 mins on medium flame (Cover with Lid)
Add chopped coriander and mix well.
Chicken masala Curry is ready to eat, Garnish with green Coriander
