Firefighters rescue monkey stuck on cellphone tower for 24 hours

A local shopkeeper in Berhampur, eastern India spotted a stranded monkey on top of a cellphone tower on Tuesday (January 28).
Firefighters and local forest department personnel were called to the scene to discover the monkey had got one of it's limbs stuck at a height of 50 feet.
The heroic footage shows a man scale the cellphone and throw a net to free the animal.
Luckily, the monkey was unharmed and soon climbed down the tower by itself and ran away.
