Method:
- In a large bowl first beat the whipping cream until it doubles in quantity.
- Now add condensed milk, vanilla extract and beat it for about 10 minutes until it gets light and fluffy.
- Now put this mix in a air tight container and freeze it for overnight.
- Serve this with chocolate sauce.

00:04We'll make it with only 3 ingredients

00:14let's start making ice cream.
00:16to make vanilla ice cream we need:
00:181 cup Whipping Cream,
00:20whipping should be very chilled.
00:231 cup Condensed Milk

00:292 tsp Vanilla Essence
00:35add 1 cup whipping to the mixing bowl.
00:43beat it until it doubles in quantity.
00:50cream becomes double in quantity.
00:53now add 1 cup condensed milk.
01:002 tsp Vanilla Essence.
01:03& beat it for more 10 minutes.
01:07cream is well beaten.
01:10this is light, fluffy & well whipped now.
01:14the ice cream mixture is ready now.
01:18now transfer it to any air tight container
01:21container should must be air tight.
01:24if lid doesn't fit well,
01:26there will be crunch on your ice cream.
01:32close it & put in freezer for overnight.
01:38ice cream was in freezer & now well frozen
01:43let's dish out it.
01:47ice cream is very creamy & there's no crunch
