CONIGLIO BURRO E SALVIA
INGREDIENTS:
(Doses for 4 people)
1 kg rabbit, 50 g butter, sage
PREPARATION:
Wash the rabbit and cut into pieces (at least two pieces each)
Put the rabbit in a large and low pan together with the butter and sage
Fry over a high heat, salt and cover and continue cooking over a low heat for 45 minutes
