The pedagogy of sequences may be complex for some beginners and amateur musicians.
However, the E flat and C triads have been escalated on the 2nd Octaves of the bass clef to produce a sharper sound on the grand piano.
Thus, the 'C' root note of the C chord is at its lowest - not to be played at 'inverse 1 or inverse 2 on the 2nd Octave.
