Family Wishes Old Woman on Birthday From Across the Street

This old woman was turning 85, and her family wanted to come to celebrate with her. However, to maintain safety during quarantine, they were not allowed to come inside. They stood on the street across the building and found a way to wish her from a distance. They held up a banner, placards, and some balloons. They also sang the birthday song for her.
