On 1 April, Mohammad Aarif, who works in Mumbai, received news that his father had suffered a stroke. But with no transport due to lockdown, he decided to cycle to Jammu. As his story made the headlines, the Central Reserve Police Force’s Madadgaar contacted Aarif and offered to help.
