For Pakode- 1½ cup chickpea flour 1 onion (medium) 2-3 green chillies ½ tsp salt ½ tsp red chilli powder ½ cup curd Handful of fresh coriander/ cilantro leaves Oil for deep frying
For Tadka- 2 tbsp oil ½ tsp cumin seeds (whole) ½ tsp black mustard seeds (rai) ¼ tsp asafoetida (heeng) 2 dried red chillies
