Jammu Municipal Corporation geared up to deal with stray cattle. Corporation launched 'geo tagging' initiative in which every cow will be tagged with a digital number. The technic will help to find the owner of the stray cows. If the cow is found straying on the road, the owner will be fined. Watch the report.
