Creamy Ice Cream | Easy 'n' Tasty | Malayalam | Jazzy Cuisine

Ice cream is one of the most desired dessert by almost everyone around the world. During this pandemic crisis, many of us, especially children, would crave to have some that frozen delicacy. For that, I have come with a video on how we can prepare a creamy and mouth melting ice cream using minimal ingredients.

The ingredients are as follow :

 Milk – 1 Litre (4 Cups)
 Corn flour – 4 tablespoons
 Sugar – 1 Cup + 2 Tablespoons
 Unsalted Butter – 3 Tablespoons
 Vanilla Essence – ½ Teaspoon

TIP : Vanilla Essence is an important component in any ice cream product. For chocolate or any other flavors, just simply add any compound which brings closest similarity to the flavor you wish for.
