In this course you will learn the principles of self-defence. There will be a focus on prevention and avoidance of conflict, on trusting your intuition and taking action, as well as on how to manage a violent situation should it arise. This course will cover the mindset necessary to survive a conflict, as well as what to do immediately following it – ensuring your physical, mental and legal health.

This course is the first of a collection of self-defence courses. It will primarily focus on the mindset necessary to prevent and avoid violence, but will also cover some basic posture and positioning, as well as the best forms of offence to use should you have to use it.

The more you know about the reality of the world, the better you can prepare for it. The better prepared for it you are, the safer you will be (and feel). Thus, it is a mental health must to have a solid understanding of self-defence.

This course will provide you with that foundation.
